The Absecon Police Department has challenged the Absecon Public Schools staff to a basketball game in the name of charity!

Come out to support the teams and the children of Absecon at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 25 in the Attales Gym, 800 Irelan Ave., in the Books vs. Badges Basketball Fundraiser.

Proceeds from this event will go to fund activities for the children of Absecon through the Community Policing Fund such as Hooked on Fishing and Shop with a Cop, as well as school recess recreation equipment.

Admission is $3 for adults and $2 for students. Concessions will be available for purchase.
